IngMar welcomes new clinical educator, Jessica Dietz
Welcome to the team Jessica Dietz, MSRC, RRT!
Jessica, the newest member of our clinical education team, comes to us from the University of Chicago Medicine where she worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Jessica is a graduate of Rush University’s Masters in Respiratory Care program.
“Mechanical ventilation management requires a whole set of sophisticated skills. It is deeply satisfying to be able to teach people how to practice and perfect those skills using simulation. It is amazing to watch learners transform their knowledge into hands-on competence. This is powerful.”
Jessica has spent the last 12 years of her life in Chicago, but says she is excited to explore a new city. “People in Pittsburgh are very friendly and willing to help you find your way if you get lost. I really enjoy spending time with my coworkers, who are helping me to get to know the city.”
The contribution Jessica has already made to the IngMar team makes us look forward to her future as a clinical educator. When asked what she is most looking forward to about her role at IngMar Medical, she said, “The opportunity to teach people from all over the world. I am very lucky to be able to work at the forefront of mechanical ventilator management training.”
